Sparkle Visor
Sparkle Visor
Designed by: Amy Law
Skill Level: Beginner

Looking for a project for a kids' camp?  Purchase inexpensive visors from a craft store, then let the kids decorate them with beads, thread
and tape.

Materials Needed:
  • foam visor (from Michaels)
  • Kreinik Finishing Touches #12 Braid thread on cards: Baby Shower
  • 1" Treasure Trim roll
  • Diamond Beadlets
1. Apply tape to your visor in strips, and trim to the edges of the visor.
2. Peel back the liner one strip at a time to embellish. Use your threads to make stripes, zigzags, or other designs on your tape.
3. When finished embellishing, place your visor in a ziplock bag or shallow tray and pour diamond beadlets over the exposed tape. Swirl
with your fingers to cover fully and tap to remove excess beadlets.
