Pat's Pan Scrubbie

    
DOUBLE crochet side & SINGLE crochet side
This clever pan scrubbie crochet pattern was kindly contributed by designer Pat Linn. If you have questions regarding this pattern, please contact Pat 

Supplies: One crochet hook (I used 5.50);  Nylon netting cut into 2 inch strips about 10 to 12 strips of 72 inches each (Approximately 60 feet in total length).
Tie together & wind netting "yarn" into ball. (roll or twist as you wind as to make a yarn)

Instructions:

Row 1) Chain 4. Join with slipstitch to form circle.
Row 2.) Chain 4. Do 11 double crochet into circle. Join with slipstitch.
Row 3.) Chain 4. Do 2 double crochet into each previous row DC space. Join with slipstitch.
Row 4.) Chain 4. Do 1 DC in each previous DC space. Join with slipstitch.
Row 5.) Single crochet around tightly in each DC space, join.
Row 6.) SC around in every OTHER space, join.
Row 7.) Sc around until circle is closed (maybe 2 more rows). 
Row 8 and 9.) Alternate Rows 6 & 7 until circle is closed Tuck in remainder of net strip into center of scrubby.
Fill center of scrubby with lengths of netting to your likeness of thickness.
